Role Summary/Purpose

As an Embedded Research Engineer, candidate should own the allocated project working with Electrical, Software and Systems Engineers to ensure projects are on schedule with high quality.

Project primarily involves testing, analysis, exploring and modelling of signal processing systems.

Candidate must be a quick learner who is willing to work beyond boundaries of HW/SW/System/Testing.

Essential Responsibilities

The Engineer will be responsible for

- Testing, Analysis and calculations of electronic circuits and signal processing systems,

- Development and execution of test/analysis scripts to validate design concepts.

- Create Design and Test Documentation,

- FMEA, de-rating analysis,

- Test methods/jig development,

- Board level & system level testing and troubleshooting

Work Experience

Qualifications / Requirements
• Bachelors in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent degree having working experience on Embedded HW and SW.
Around 3+ years of relevant hands on experience.
• Basics of scripting (Matlab/Python/Scilab etc.) and basic proficiency in programming (any language)
• Experience in board level testing/troubleshooting using simple lab equipment like multimeter, oscilloscope, signal generator etc.
• Strong knowledge about fundamentals of signals and signal processing.
• Excellent teamwork, coordination and communication skills.
